Description:
• These systems facilitate the entire process of running DNA gels, viewing DNA bands, and documenting the results. All without removing the gel.
• Visualization of DNA migration and separation as it occurs
• Capture high resolution images without removing gel from the tank
• Complete system with power supply. Comes complete with everything needed to cast, run, and view mini electrophoresis gels.
• The gel reservoir can hold a large (10.5x10cm) or a small (10.5x6cm) gel.
• The output voltage can be set to 35V, 50V or 100V, and the run time can be set up to 99 minutes.
• A magnetic interlock between the gel tank and the cover prevents current from flowing through the system when the cover is not properly seated.
• An array of blue LEDs emits bright blue light at a wavelength of 465 nm.
