Eduscope India is a leading Haematocrit Centrifuge
Quick Answer: the Haematocrit Centrifuge is a compact, microprocessor-based centrifuge for haematocrit (packed cell volume) testing, with a maximum speed of 13000 rpm.
The body is plastic injection-moulded with an inner safety bowl in stainless steel, driven by a well-balanced universal motor built for a long service life on high-grade carbons. A 2-line, 16-character LCD displays RPM, RCF, and set/run time, and last-test parameters are recalled and displayed automatically, with preset speed control through the microprocessor from 2000 rpm upward.
It is supplied complete with a micro-haematocrit rotor that accommodates 24 capillaries (75mm x 1mm) or 12 larger capillaries, a polycarbonate rotor cover, a reading device, sealing wax, and packs of 100 heparinised and non-heparinised capillary tubes.
EduScope India regularly exports centrifuges to institutions in countries such as Ethiopia, Sudan, Djibouti and Somalia, part of a wider supply footprint across the Horn of Africa that supports school and college laboratory buildouts.
The Haematocrit Centrifuge is also supplied as part of larger orders for school chains, government and Ministry-linked bulk education projects, and CSR-funded science-lab initiatives across India.
