Hoffman Clamp
Product Code : EL-LGI-12764
Quick Answer: the Hoffman Clamp is a brass pinchcock (tubing clip) used to regulate or shut off flow through flexible tubing, available in six sizes from 12mm to 40mm.
This is a Hoffman-style clamp laboratory instruments India buyers use for controlling flow on rubber or plastic tubing, made of brass with a copper-electroplated finish that resists rust and corrosion. Fine threads on the screw give smooth, gradual flow control from fully open to fully closed, rather than an abrupt on/off action.
The lower jaw swivels open, which lets tubing be inserted or removed without disconnecting the rest of the apparatus — useful when a clamp needs to be repositioned mid-setup. It is supplied by EduScope India across a range of sizes to suit different tubing diameters.
