Digital Friability Test Apparatus (Single Drum)

Quick Answer: The Digital Friability Test Apparatus (Single Drum) is a programmable single-drum friability tester that runs at a precisely controlled 25 +/- 1 RPM, auto-stops with an alarm at the set time, and lets the operator remove the sample without opening the drum.

As a pharmacy lab equipment specialist, EduScope India supplies this digital friability test apparatus for pharmaceutical laboratories checking tablet friability to pharmacopoeial standards. The unit's test time is fully programmable with a digital display, covering a time range from 1 second up to 99 minutes 59 seconds, and a low-rpm AC motor drives the two wheels at a precisely controlled 25 +/- 1 RPM. Once the set time elapses, the apparatus stops automatically and sounds an audio alarm, and the sample can be removed without opening the drum, keeping the test undisturbed until it is complete. It pairs naturally with EduScope India's Digital Disintegration Test Apparatus (With Single Basket) for a fuller range of laboratory equipment used in pharmaceutical quality-control testing.
