Heat Receiver is a radiant heat demonstration apparatus used in physics laboratories to study thermal absorption and reflection. It is part of our range of physics lab equipment supplied to schools and colleges.

Construction and Specifications

The Heat Receiver is an empty cylindrical box, available in a diameter range of 80mm to 160mm, fitted with a silicone tube. One side is black colored while the other side is polished silver colored, allowing comparison of heat absorption by a dark surface against heat reflection by a bright, polished surface.
