Young's Modulus of Wire's Apparatus
Product Code : EL-PLE-16311Eduscope India is a leading Young's Modulus of Wire's Apparatus Quick Answer:Young's Modulus of Wire's Apparatus is designed to determine the Young's modulus of a test wire under load, a practical choice amongphysics lab equipment Indiawide for schools and colleges sourcing dependablelaboratory equipment school Indiaready for classroom use and export.
Construction and Specifications
The EduScope India Young's Modulus of Wire's Apparatus consists of two iron frames connected by a link, each fitted with a self-centering chuck to hold the test wire securely. An accurately graduated micrometer screw, reading to a minimum of 0.1 mm, is fitted on one frame, while one end of a sensitive spirit level is pivoted to that frame and the other end rests on the points of the micrometer screw fitted in the second frame — this arrangement allows the small elongation of the wire under load to be measured precisely. The apparatus is complete with iron C.P. chucks, a cast-iron ceiling attachment, test wire and a torsion weight.
